RSA Luxembourg S.A. is pleased to announce the appointment of Erik Lindeman as Head of Management Liability Insurance Lines for Europe with immediate effect, alongside his existing responsibilities. He reports to Lynn O'Leary, Chief Executive Officer Europe, and is based in Rotterdam.
Erik and team will be launching our Management Liability business in Europe in the next couple of months, which means an expansion of RSA’s offering for customers and broker partners across Europe.
RSA’s Management Liability Insurance will help to protect companies and its executives against disputes and claims that may arise from their leadership responsibilities, decisions and actions. In today’s constantly evolving global operating environment, having in place solid liability insurance protection for companies and their executives is key. Specific products include Directors & Officers Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Fiduciary Liability and Crime Protection.
Erik has over 20 years of experience in the insurance sector, both on the insurer and broker side. He joined RSA in 2017 as Commercial Director for BeNeLux and was appointed Managing Director for Netherlands in 2018. Prior to joining RSA, Erik held several account executive and management positions at Marsh Netherlands.
Erik holds a bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics & Law, a Master of Science in Business Administration from the Erasmus University, and further professional risk & insurance qualifications.
