RSA Spain, the Spanish branch of the insurance group RSA Luxembourg S.A., today announces the appointment of Marta Garcia Fernandez as European Talent Acquisition Lead to support RSA Luxembourg.
Marta will be based in the Madrid office and will report directly to Mirka Dyce, HR Business Partner of RSA Luxembourg, and locally to Loreto Ruiberriz, HR Director of RSA Spain.
As Talent acquisition partner for Europe, she will be in charge of implementing and executing effective talent acquisition processes and solutions that will attract the right talent for the organisation.
With a graduate in Law and Political Science from the Carlos III University of Madrid, Marta has a solid experience as Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant. She started her career at TRANSEARCH and joined later Ackermann International as Senior Associate, where she managed and developed the Talent Acquisition and Recruitment area in national and international markets for client companies such as Repsol Renovables and Ferrovial Airports.
