RSA Belgium(1), the Belgian branch of the insurance group RSA Luxembourg S.A., today announces the appointment of four new talents to strengthen its growth ambition.
Sigrid Roovers - Property Underwriter
Sigrid holds a Master degree in Sociology from the Catholic University in Leuven, and joined the insurance industry soon after graduating. She started as an underwriting services specialist for various lines of business with an international insurer, and then joined the client side as insurance and legal analyst. She now strengthens the RSAL Property team, which is headed by Veerle Van den Brande, Property Underwriting Leader.
Marisya Verstappen - HR Officer Belgium
Marisya Verstappen holds a Master’s in Law from the University of Leuven and a post-graduate in HR. Prior to joining RSA Belgium, Marisya has worked as Payroll officer at Tabaknatie and HR Officer Benelux at Giorgio Armani Retail. Marisya reports directly to Sophie Van Welsenaere, HR Manager Benelux.
Giada Maccalli - Ops Servicing Technician
Giada Maccalli holds a Master’s in Foreign Languages for International Communication and Cooperation from the University of Bologna (Italy) and has been living in Belgium since 2018. She has five years’ experience within the healthcare insurance. Giada has previously worked as Claims Supervisor at Cigna International, where she held various roles in Operations both in Spain and Belgium. She reports directly to Carolina Ramos, RSA Luxembourg Servicing leader.
Julie Abadir – PA & Office Manager
Julie holds a bachelor in corporate communication and has completed several other studies, including business analysis and CELTA. She has worked as an account manager as well as leading sales teams. Her international experience in various fields is useful in her career as office manager and personal assistant. She reports directly to Alexis Wildman, Managing Director.
